Places I've been

Okay, so some people were asking me the other day about the places I've been travelling to, so I thought I'd make a quick list using this map tool.

Here's the map:

So, I've been to these places (I'm not counting Canada and the US in this list as we are constantly driving across both to visit friends and family).

England - London, Liverpool, Brighton, Dover, Cantebury, Leeds, Manchester, Bath
Scotland - Glasgod, Edinburgh, Sterling
France - Calais, Lille, Paris, Nancy, Strasbourg, Celebe, Lyon
Switzerland - Bern, Geneva
Denmark - Copenhagen
Italy - Venice, Verona, Pompeii, Napoli, Rome, Florence
Spain - Madrid, Barcelona, San Sebastian, Granada, Malagas
Austria - Vienna, Salzburg
Netherlands - Amsterdam
Germany - Hamburg, Munich
Morocco - Tangiers, Fez, Rabat
Guyana - all over I guess, been there a few times
Trinidad - it's an island
Bahamas - see above
Aruba

It's not that much really. We're looking to hit up most of Asia in about 5 years time.

NEW YORK!

So, we finally took a vacation. My god, it's been just over a year. Crazy, I know.

Anyhoo, there's a lot to write about this vacation, but mostly I just wanted to post these two photos from a very cool booksigning a the Rocketship comic store in Brooklyn. Very down to earth and cool place, the signing was more like a meet and greet, complete with free booze and refreshments.

This is me, looking awestruck having just met my current fav writer Brian Wood. Yeah, like deer in the fucking headlights. Very cool guy though, we chatted for a bit (thanks to Brooke for breaking the fanboy ice).

And this is me meeting my other favourite Brian, Brian K. Vaughan, writer of such fucking marvelous books as Y The Last Man (still my fav ongoing), Ex Machina, Runaways, and for bringing back Doctor Strange into monthly comics.

Photos were taken by Brooke. Thanks hun!

We'll write more about it later.

news

Okay, been a while since i posted.

Been busy, lots to write about, most important being....

WE GOT RADIOHEAD TICKETS BITCHES. THAT'S RIGHT. Yo Punk Ass don't, and mine does. Quit yo crying mofo.

And if you're a fan and mad at me saying "he's such a jerk," content yourselves knowing that Thom Yorke has a solo album out on July 11th...and that I will most likely have a copy first.

p.s. - we're seeing Wilco too. Not to rub it in
